Position Information
Key responsibilities include: Build relationships with churches, youth pastors, parents, educators, and community leaders. Coach and disciple student leaders and equip them to share the gospel. Recruit and mobilize volunteer coaches and ministry teams. Train students to reach their schools and communities through the 5 Gospel Challenges. Cast vision and identify opportunities for ministry growth throughout Sacramento. Recruit, develop, and lead a local ministry team.
Application Requirements:
Experience: Ministry leadership experience in church or para-church setting. Experience recruiting, building and leading teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
