An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Human Resources team as a Reward Manager on a fixed-term basis, covering the maternity leave of the current postholder. In this role, you will manage a small team to deliver key reward services across the University, including overseeing the grading service and leading the development, implementation, and communication of reward policies and projects. This position offers a unique chance to influence the University's reward strategy while ensuring high standards of operational efficiency and compliance.
Your responsibilities will include the development, implementation and communication of reward policies; the provision of specialist reward advice; maintaining the consistency of gradings across the University; and leading the execution of annual reward cycles and driving.
We are seeking a proactive individual who can lead and motivate a team while managing a wide range of reward operations. You will have experience in job evaluation schemes, a strong track record in policy development and operational management, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
