Job Purpose In this role you will have responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for a number of vacancies across a specified (Academic/Professional Services/Research) staff category, demonstrating strong process management expertise and multi-channel candidate sourcing whilst promoting an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Knowledge/Qualifications
Essential A1 Scottish Credit and qualification Framework level 7 (Advanced Higher/Scottish Vocational Qualification level 3, Higher National Certificate) or equivalent, and experience of personal development in a similar role. A2 Strong IT knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office packages, in particular advanced Excel. A3 Good knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements as they relate to recruitment with awareness of the legal environment that HR operates within.
Desirable B1 CPP or part CIPD qualified.

C5 Excellent communication, interpersonal and numeracy skills, able to clearly communicate information, sometimes of a technical nature, both verbally and in writing. C6 Strong customer service orientation coupled with tact and diplomacy. C7 Vacancy marketing and candidate attraction skills. C8 The ability to add value in the recruitment process through business partnerships with hiring managers and a continuous improvement approach. C9 Excellent candidate and stakeholder management skills. C10 Ability to cultivate, build and maintain excellent relationships with ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations or people. C11 Willingness to work across campus in line with business requirements and to work effectively and supportively within a small team. C12 Ability to manage upwards, providing advice and guidance on process and influencing senior colleagues take appropriate actions. C13 Ability to co-ordinate a range of activities and to plan over a period of up to 12 weeks. C14 Strong service ethos, supporting both hiring managers and candidates. C15 High level of initiative and decision-making ability/judgement with regard to resolving issues and determining appropriate action.
Experience
Essential E1 Recruitment and resourcing experience gained in a fast paced, high volume recruitment environment. E2 Experience of managing recruitment administrative processes, including the collation and monitoring of a range of data. E3 Experience of HR/Personnel and ATS Systems. E4 Proven and demonstrable experience of managing a large portfolio of vacancies simultaneously whilst maintaining customer satisfaction. E5 Experience of using a wide range of sourcing and networking tools to include social media i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter and of writing advertising copy. E6 The ability to source for roles across various disciplines at various levels. E7 Demonstrable experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
Terms and Conditions Salary will be Grade 5, £26,038 - £30,505 per annum.
This post is full time (35 hours per week) and open ended (permanent).
