  • About the Role Join our vibrant community at Little Hall, where we offer a variety of programs to enrich your university experience. As a Residential Programs Administrator, you'll be the driving force behind our initiatives to boost student well-being, social connections, career readiness, academic success, and civic engagement. Assist the Dean of Academic Programs in executing these dynamic residential programs, including the prestigious Hansen Scholarship Program. Your role will be instrumental in creating a seamless and rewarding experience for our residents.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support and assistance to the planning, staffing and day-to-day delivery of the Hall's residential programs.
  • Assisting the Dean of Academic Programs in setting up the tutorial program each year, and managing the life cycle of this process, including bookings and enrolment records.
  • Assisting with the management of program events, including the Hall's seminar program, public lectures, and Hansen Scholar events.
  • Acting as a first point of liaison between students and other Hall stakeholders on matters to do with the programs, including (but not limited to) room bookings, catering, scheduling, guest speaker arrangements, external enquiries, and tours.
  • Assisting with providing content to Little Hall's social media.

    You will also have:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
