As part of our mission for continuous improvement, you'll implement strategies that support students' academic success, wellbeing, and safety, collaborating with teams across the university. With oversight of the residential life teams, you'll champion policies, guide Residential Leaders, and help shape an inclusive, welcoming community that supports both residents and guests.
