In this pivotal role, you will manage residential life operations, guiding and supporting students while overseeing the wellbeing and conduct of residents. Your ability to foster community, develop engaging programs, and handle crises will be essential to ensure a positive residential experience.

    As part of our mission for continuous improvement, you'll implement strategies that support students' academic success, wellbeing, and safety, collaborating with teams across the university. With oversight of the residential life teams, you'll champion policies, guide Residential Leaders, and help shape an inclusive, welcoming community that supports both residents and guests.   • A relevant degree with extensive experience and management experience in a technical or administrative field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with proven ability to motivate others and lead a team.
  • High level communication, consultation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience dealing with or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge or dealing with and managing serious or emergency situations.
  • Proven commitment to customer service including experience developing innovative and cost-effective solutions that meet the needs of the business.
