Join Our Team as a Residence Receptions Assistant!
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Receptions Assistant to join our Residence Experience team. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating memorable experiences for students and commercial guests.
With over 5,000 bedrooms on campus and in the city, we manage multiple reception hubs catering to students, staff, visitors, and commercial guests. As part of our team, you will work across all receptions on a rota basis. Flexibility and availability to work in various locations and hours, 7 days a week between 8am – 10pm, are essential.
As the first point of contact, you will always maintain a welcoming and professional demeanour, respecting diversity and equal opportunity. Your primary responsibilities will include handling receptionist duties and promptly responding to general inquiries via phone, email, and in person. You will thrive in a fast paced environment, enjoy interacting with a diverse range of people, and build strong working relationships with other University departments and key stakeholders.
