The Resident Director is responsible for the administration of one or more coeducational residence halls housing between 200 and 450 students and actively supports the Department's mission by making them inviting, intellectual, and inclusive communities. The RD supervises, selects, and trains 5 to 12 Resident Assistants, reports to the Assistant Director for Quadrangle, and shares in a weekly on-duty rotation and the departmental recess duty rotation.

Special Notes: This position is a live-on campus, 10-month position. Due to the nature of the position, a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment and ethernet internet connection are included.
