Working at CQUniversityAre you passionate about improving educational outcomes for First Nations Peoples and the positive impact this makes on families and future generations? CQUniversity is seeking a research worker to assist with multiple research projects. Specifically, you will assist and coordinate as required, research to evaluate student success strategies overseen by the First Nations Success Strategies Committee (FNSSC) at CQUniversity.
You will be experienced and competent in conducting qualitative and quantitative research, collating and analysing data and identifying key themes and outcomes. You will also be involved in conducting literature reviews and searches, drafting reports and presenting findings to the lead researcher and management. You have a demonstrated ability to contribute to, and conduct independent research. In addition, you hold knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander cultures and societies, with the ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities.
