    The Opportunity

    The Department of Civil Engineering is currently seeking an experienced Research Officer to join the team!

    The Research Officer will support the operations of the Medical Research Future Fund One Water program, and the activities of associated collaborators and stakeholders. In this role, you will perform a range of activities such as the development of standard operating procedures, staff scheduling, laboratory resource monitoring and ordering and experimental design.

    Reporting to the One Water Program Manager, you will be responsible for preparing reports and other documentation for research leaders, committees, funding bodies and other relevant stakeholders.

    To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in the relevant field, or subsequent extensive experience. You will hold high-level analytical, technical and data analysis skills, as well as knowledge of procedures and processes required for ISO9001:2016 certification.
