As a Senior Research Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with contracts officers in the team, playing a crucial role in supporting contracts activity, and following training will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of lower-risk category agreements.

This role also offers the opportunity for hybrid working (the contract team is based in 5 Worcester Street (Central Oxford) with an expectation of a minimum of 50% of time spent on site).

About the Role

Are you interested in a role supporting our research? Applications are invited for a senior research contracts administrator to join a within a friendly, busy and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to develop their experience and skills relating to research support, in particular supporting the contractual activities underpinning research across the University's departments.

About You

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable passion for organisation and efficiency and excellent attention to detail with the ability to review and digest complex information. Experience of research agreements is not essential, but you will have an interest in supporting research, and a willingness to learn.

You will be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers from across the University and externally.

You will need to be fully at ease with using databases, spreadsheets and other electronic systems in order to manage your work (training will be provided in specific systems).
