Based in the Centre for Cancer Biology at the City West campus
About the Role
The Research Associate will contribute to NHMRC-funded research under the broad direction of the Angioscience and Cardiovascular Development Group, as part of the Neurovascular Research Laboratory at the Centre for Cancer Biology. This work will involve using a broad range of developmental, cell, molecular biology and single-cell sequencing techniques to understand how neural crest cells contribute to normal development of the heart, and how disfunction of these processes can underpin congenital heart disease.

The CCB studies the fundamental causes of cancer in order to find new ways to prevent and treat the disease and is a recognised hub for innovative science leading to breakthrough therapies.
