About the role
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for a full-time, fixed term (12-month) position as a Research Assistant in the School of Law at the University of Galway.
This position is funded as part of a project entitled: Voice of the Child in Family Law Mediation: Overcoming barriers to ensure Participation as a right, not a privilege (VOCAL) and is available from January 2025 to contract end date of December 2025. This project is led by Dr. Connie Healy and Prof Andrew Simpkin at the University of Galway, and the successful candidate will work with Dr. Healy at the School of Law in Galway.
Salary : Research Assistant salary scale €31,462 - €41,443 per annum, (subject to the project's funding limitations), and pro rata for shorter and/or part-time contracts.
NB: Gárda vetting is a requirement for this post.
