Qualifications/Experience:

-senior undergraduate (e.g., 4th year) -background in social sciences, with preference given to political science -evidence of strong writing, organization, and communication skills -evidence of strong analytical and methodological skills -attention to detail and ability to work independently -demonstrated interest in the research area (power-sharing settlements; consociationalism; constitutional design; referendums; citizen participation) -knowledge of political processes in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Lebanon, and Northern Ireland considered an asset

Duties:

-assist with the collection, collation and interpretation of data -review and code peace agreements and constitutional documents -conduct literature searches and provide annotations -conduct content analysis -attend meetings with PI and with international collaborators -and other relevant duties as assigned This is part of a SSHRC funded project titled Citizen Inclusion in Power- Sharing Settlements
