Duties: Preparation of roots, staining of roots, and scoring of roots using the compound microscope to determine colonization of roots by arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. Other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience: Successful completion of university courses with content including plant biology. Knowledge of handling chemicals in the laboratory. Experience with use of the compound microscope. Ability to use Excel.
