Research Assistant II in the Department of Anaesthesiology (Ref.: 525881) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance).
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or above, in Biological/Biomedical Sciences or a related discipline. They should have good conversational and organizational skills. Preference will be given to those with a postgraduate research degree, experience in cell culture and other basic laboratory techniques, and experience in clinical research work and database management. The appointee will mainly be involved in clinical research and the conduct of clinical trials that require patient recruitment; and perform data collection, entry and management. The appointee will also be required to handle human specimens such as blood and saliva.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
