0.5 FTE, 30 Months, Fixed-Term, Part-Time Post

Position Summary

The Medical Education Unit, School of Medicine UCC is recruiting a research assistant/administrator (0.5 FTE) to work on a Health Research Board funded project. The research will focus on educating and empowering healthcare professionals to mitigate and adapt to the planetary crisis in their daily practice. Individual studies will include literature reviews using a variety of methodologies, large-scale survey, interview/focus groups studies, co- design, implementation and evaluation studies. This post is suitable for those with qualifications related to administration/ secretarial work, health services, education, psychology, public health or sociology. The post-holder will be part of a team of six full-time research staff (3 post-docs and 3 research assistants) under the supervision of work package leads and PI Prof. Deirdre Bennett. Key duties and responsibilities are outlined below. UCC's Blended Working Policy will apply.
