    The Opportunity

Climateworks' research projects are pioneering and multidisciplinary in nature and draw upon the latest research from technical, economic, financial and scientific fields.

To work in this environment as a Research Analyst, you will need to bring your creativity, your business analyst experience, and also apply your strong problem-solving skills to effectively contribute to the development of frameworks and methodologies. You will also be supporting the analysis conducted by our Research, Analysis and Modelling team.

A key part of these 4 roles is the identification and review of scientific and economic reports. The roles include gathering data relevant to the projects and supporting robust data analysis and modelling (in Excel and other relevant software) under guidance to generate reports and presentations based on the findings and interact with project partners (both internal and external).

Diversity is one of our greatest strengths at Monash. We encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, culturally and linguistically diverse people, people with disabilities, neurodiverse people, and people of all genders, sexualities, and age groups.

Join the pursuit of our purpose to build a better future for ourselves and our communities -#ChangeIt with us.

Monash avidly supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements. We have a range of policies in place enabling staff to combine work and personal commitments more easily.

Your employment is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of all pre- employment and/or background checks required for the role, as determined by the University.

Your application must address the selection criteria. Please refer to 'How to apply for Monash Jobs'.
