About Us

We are looking to recruit a Data Officer to join the Academic Registry Partnership and Apprenticeships Team. The focus of the Registry Partnership and Apprenticeships Services Team is on delivering customer service excellence through the management and effective ownership of core academic and administrative support systems for Collaborative Partners, Schools and the Academic Partnership Office.

About the Job

The post is in a shared office environment primarily at our Docklands campus and the role holder will be expected to work in a proactive, flexible and cooperative manner. You will also be expected to provide cover for other team members and carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job.

You will manage and maintain apprenticeship student data within the apprenticeship management system, APTEM, ensuring that it matches with data in the student records system (SITS).

About You

The post offers an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and varied academic environment supporting our collaborative partners. Successful candidates should have a good general education (A-Level standard or equivalent), keen appreciation of providing a high level of customer service, along with strong IT skills, a good standard of written and oral communication skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively. Relevant previous experience working with student data and in using APTEM and SITS (end-to-end apprenticeships platform) would be advantageous.
