Summary of Job Duties:

Sourcing obituary documents via the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and Insightful news services. Making biographical and relationship updates in the Advancement CRM. Using AlumniFinder and other database resources to confirm the deceased. Daily review of Imaging's service e-mail for document updates from Advancement partners.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.


Hours: 20 hours a week.
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 6/30/2027


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Sound judgement and discretion
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong research and documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Suite- Excel, Outlook, Word, Sharepoint, and Teams
  • Comfort navigating CRM database
