About the role

The School of Management is seeking to appoint a second Rankings & Accreditation Officer on a two year fixed term, full time basis.

This role is part of a close-knit team which works inside the Dean's Office to achieve the School of Management's goals in the areas of rankings and accreditations. Through collaboration and teamwork the role holder will work in both areas alongside another Rankings & Accreditation Officer, a Data Officer and be line managed by the Rankings & Accreditations Manager.

The role has two complementary parts:

1) Working within the School's rankings group, you will manage data submissions to rankings organisations; conduct in-depth analysis of the key rankings, monitor ranking performance and create reports

2) You will plan and project manage the School's submissions to the main accreditation bodies, including AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA as well as programme- level accreditations such as ACCA, CFA etc.

In fulfilling these functions, you will foster and maintain a regular working relationship with colleagues across the School of Management and with key personnel in the rankings and accreditation bodies.

About you

This is a busy and varied role which requires you to have excellent communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and be confident with data and have strong analytical skills.

You must be able to work to tight deadlines on their own initiative, and to learn new systems and procedures rapidly.

You must also be able to work independently as well as being enthusiastic about contributing as an active member of the team.

Please see job description for full details of role and candidate requirements.

For an informal discussion, please contact the Rankings & Accreditations Manager, Angel Wager on [email protected].
