This post is full time, 35 hours per week and is fixed term maternity cover until April 2025.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to provide professional and specialist support to the School of Arts and Westminster School of Media and Communications on all matters related to the University's Quality Assurance Framework and secretarial support to a university level committee.

Duties will include supporting course teams through the continuous improvement process, course validation and re-validation by providing guidance on regulations and the implementation of learning, teaching, and assessment policies.

The Quality and Standards Office plays a key role in the development of the University's quality assurance and enhancement, including the approval, monitoring, and review of courses in line with the University Education Strategy. It also provides a Committee Secretariat function and supports the University's three Colleges in meeting their responsibility for quality assurance, academic standards, and governance.
