Finance & Procurement Directorate Professional & Business Support Grade 7 - £38,205 to £42,978 dependent on experience

The University's Finance and Procurement Directorate is responsible for the delivery of professional financial and accounting advice and decision support services, both to University staff and external stakeholders. It also ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements.

As part of the Finance and Procurement Directorate, the Purchase Ledger Team (13 members) is a busy team, responsible for ensuring all payments due from the University (except payroll) are paid in a timely manner and accounted for correctly. Including payments to suppliers (goods and services), staff (expenses) and students (bursaries and expenses). It is a proactive and friendly team and we are looking for someone to manage the team and lead on delivery of the service.
