  • Advising and liaising with external couriers to ensure that they deliver items to the appropriate person or building.
  • Providing customer service and giving advice to staff on deliveries and follow up for lost or missing items.
  • Safely operating materials handling equipment and ensure the vehicles are kept clean and serviceable.
  • Ensuring that grounds and pathways are maintained to a high level (eg Outdoor furniture cleaned, moving furniture, event set up).
  • We are looking for (the ideal candidate):

  • Relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • An ability to organise, prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner.

  • The capacity to cope effectively with pressure and sustain high levels of effort and energy.
  • Forklift Licence and previous experience (desired although training is provided).
  • Drivers License (C Class) is required.
  • As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered. Only in limited situations will visa sponsorship situations be considered.
