As the Research Strategy, Delivery and Culture Lead, you will have responsibility for coordinating, facilitating, monitoring and evaluating the delivery of the PSI Scientific Strategy. You will support the PSI Senior Management Team and work with senior PSI Investigators to develop and implement a science delivery plan. You will have a strong leadership record with experience of managing staff, particularly through translation of academic scientific vision to project delivery, with the ability to engage and motivate colleagues to fulfil their potential. It is essential that you are able to work effectively and credibly with senior stakeholders from academic, government, not-for-profit and industry environments, and have excellent diplomacy, communication and people skills.
