Your role
The position is responsible for assisting the Academic Registrar's Group Vietnam with administrative duties related to completions and graduation tasks and providing support in the preparation and organization of graduation ceremonies.
Report to: Completions and Graduations Coordinator
Key Accountabilities
Assist the Completions and Graduations Coordinator in delivering confirmation letters and other verification documents.
Respond to students and third-party requests regarding completions and graduation concerns, under the supervision of the Completions and Graduations Coordinator.
Support the issuance and monitoring of reports and data related to completions and graduations.
Manage contracts, delivery, receipt, distribution, and record-keeping of purchases for graduation ceremony event items, including merchandise and other project-related items.
Prepare photocopies and scan documents for documentation purposes.
Aid in the preparation and execution of project events, including collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., agencies, suppliers).
Undertake any other relevant duties as assigned by the line manage
Key Selection Criteria
Relevant experience working in a similar position with background in administration and/or event management.
Proactive, well-organised, and detail-oriented, with experience in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English skills (especially writing skills) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Knowledge and experience with computer software and platforms.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy when inputting data and managing information.

English Proficiency
English is the language of teaching and communication at RMIT Vietnam. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS General 5.5 (or equivalent Linguaskill 150).
