Your New Team
Join the Gladstone Region engaging in action Together (GRT) Backbone Team. GRT is a Stronger Places, Stronger People initiative of the Australian Government in partnership with Queensland Government and local partners. The role is employed at CQUniversity and reports to the GRT Operations Manager .
Your New Role
In this role you will support the GRT Backbone Team in delivery of high leverage identified within the operations plan, and support tasks to be actioned and completed within required timeframes. You will maintain the operational plan ensuring all tasks are tracked, updated and completed and provide support to a range of projects, events and activities to meet project objectives, including development of processes, checklists and tools that support successful quality and timely delivery. You will coordinate and provide professional support to meetings, workshops and events including preparation of agendas, surveys, minutes and ensure post-event activities occur including following up action items, drafting communications, identifying reporting outcomes.
You will work closely with the administration and finance team to organise venues, catering, logistics, finance, scheduling, general correspondence, invites and rsvp tasks. You will support data collection, collation and data entry, record keeping and research activities. You will manage stakeholder relationships with internal and external customers and act as a first point of contact with a high degree of professionalism and initiative.Position Requirements
