$88,243 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

impact initiative, stewarded by the Australian Government in partnership with
state and territory governments and 10 communities across Australia. It seeks
to disrupt disadvantage and create better futures for children and their
families through locally tailored and evidence-driven solutions to local
problems, in partnership with local people.
Working at CQUniversity
In this exciting new role, you will collaborate with the Manager SPSP to
establish and implement the initiative for the Capricornia region in alignment
with the Grant Funding Schedule.
You will have the freedom to think creatively while working in a supportive
and collaborative environment. Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role
in driving social change in the Capricornia Region.
Key Responsibilities:
Action Plan Maintenance: Track and update action and support plans,
ensuring all tasks are completed within required timeframes.
Event Coordination: Organise project meetings, workshops, and events,
coordinating logistics, catering, and scheduling in collaboration with the
administration and finance team.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong professional
relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a primary
point of contact.
Process Development: Support the Capricornia SPSP Team in creating
processes and tools that enhance project and event management for timely
delivery.

Position Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office suite and relevant project management tools.
Experience in project support/coordination roles, preferably in community
or social services.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with Aboriginal and
Torres Strait Islander peoples, Australian South Sea Islander peoples and
culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
A relevant degree or associate diploma (Business Administration /Project
Management etc.)
Ability to undertake local and/or and interstate travel and work outside
the normal span of hours from time to time to attend events.
Hold a current C Class driver's licence.
Hold or eligible to hold a current Working with Children Check (Blue
Card).
