  • About This Opportunity

    We are seeking a meticulous and collaborative Project Scheduler to join our dynamic project team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our project's success, developing and managing detailed schedules that ensure seamless execution of all program activities. You will work closely with program leadership, program team members and stakeholders to align schedules with project goals, monitor progress, and address potential risks. Your ability to clearly communicate and facilitate discussions across various teams will be critical in driving the project forward.

    Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, manage and update detailed project schedules, including tasks, dependencies, durations, and milestones, to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with project team members and stakeholders to plan, monitor, and report on the execution of testing activities, end-user training, and the transition to BAU support.

  • Identify potential schedule risks, analyse critical paths, and propose mitigation strategies to prevent delays, ensuring optimal resource utilisation.

  • Clearly communicate schedule status and updates to stakeholders, providing regular reports and addressing any deviations from the original plan.

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Scheduler, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance.

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, with excellent interpersonal communication skills and high emotional intelligence.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of successfully managing tight deadlines and competing priorities.

  • Formal qualifications in project management, alongside practical experience, will be highly regarded.
