Working at CQUniversityAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Officer/Campus Planner to join the Facilities Management Directorate at CQUniversity. We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in both project management and infrastructure planning to work as part of a team of project management professionals to support the core business of the University.
This full time position is based in Rockhampton and is an ideal opportunity if you are seeking to further your skills and experience in the project management field. The Project Officer/Campus Planner will work across projects and/or planning proportionate to the ongoing demands of the project team's portfolio.
You will bring to this position your understanding of project management frameworks/systems, standard construction activities in major infrastructure, building and civil construction disciplines and applied understanding of built assets and infrastructure. In this position you will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, and will utilise your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes for all parties.
