Full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $113,377 - $127,112
Based at our St Lucia campus
As the Project Manager – Youth Game Changers, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of the Youth Game Changers Program, and working to ensure the Programs ongoing sustainability.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting project initiation and planning, and contributing to preparation of project briefs to support informed decision making
Providing administrative support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones and deliverables
Undertaking research, data analysis and financial planning to create a business case for securing the Program's future
Facilitating stakeholder engagement and seeking opportunities to collaborate across groups to support project outcomes

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with qualifications in Education, and/or Physical Education and Sport with experience in Project Management. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:
Current experience in the Public and/or Private Secondary School education sector
Experience in physical education and sport in a teaching and learning environment
Demonstrated experience successfully managing medium to large projects, ideally within a large and/or complex organisational context
High-level interpersonal skills, including the effective liaison and negotiation skills needed to develop and maintain strong working relationships within a School/Faculty/Institute/Portfolio, and the wider University community
Demonstrated high level organisational ability, attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
Previous project management experience within a tertiary and/or research institution would be highly valued
The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre- employment checks, including: right to work in Australia, criminal check, and education check.
