The University's IT Service, iSolutions, are looking for the right people to support delivery of programmes and projects that change how the University uses IT to work. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Programme/Project Administrator to join the iSolutions IT Portfolio Team. If that's you, then we would love to hear from you.
This role is supporting the Student Systems, Education and Research Sub Portfolio. You will work in partnership with the Portfolio Manager, Programme and Project Managers, Business Change Manager, and programme sponsors to support the planning and delivery of specified projects, using the University's best practice project framework to ensure success. This will include coordinating and servicing key programme boards and meetings, overseeing general project communications, and maintaining key project documentation such as project timelines and risk logs.
About you: You'll be able to work accurately within deadlines and conscious of relevant policies and procedures. You'll bring excellent communication and organisational skills and have a keen eye for detail. You'll be an engaged team member, but also able to work independently and manage your own workload. You'll have a skill level (including experience and other qualifications) equivalent to the achievement of a professional qualification, with excellent IT skills. You'll be professional, clear thinking and act as a role model within the IT Portfolio.
