    About the Role

    Reporting to the General Manager: Forestry Centre of Excellence, you will contribute to the growth and optimisation of the Forestry Centre of Excellence (FCoE) research efforts through the provision of high-level project, committee, and event management support. You will act as the key contact between UniSA and key stakeholders, providing advice and responding to requests for information relating to University policy, procedure and project progress.

    As a dynamic and proactive Project Coordinator, will also be responsible for monitoring project milestones, providing reports, advice and recommendations to keep projects on track; ensuring pre-determined targets and reporting requirements are met.

    Note: The role is located at the UniSA Mount Gambier campus.

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • High-level project coordination skills, including demonstrated ability to monitor multiple projects
  • Demonstrated research, analytical and writing skills for the gathering and synthesis of data from multiple sources for the provision of high-quality evidence based reports
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, including demonstrated experience in working effectively with people in a research environment, both internal and external to the organisation
  • Experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures to provide information to others
