We are seeking a proactive, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to support the Cambridge Academy of Therapeutic Sciences (CATS). This role will involve:
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate day-to-day project and event activities, ensuring timely, budget- friendly, and quality delivery.
-Develop and maintain administration systems and procedures.
Create and implement detailed project/event plans and facilitate stakeholder contributions.
-Act as the main point of contact, representing the project at various committees and ensuring team communication.
-Manage project communications with stakeholders through articles, newsletters, emails, and social media.
-Maintain project documentation and improve management systems.
-Provide financial management, monitoring expenditure, and handling financial processes.
Ideal Candidate:
-Confident in working independently to achieve defined objectives.
-Effective in interacting with diverse stakeholders, including senior professionals from academia and industry.
-Highly meticulous, organized, and adaptable to new challenges.
-A team player with excellent organisational and communication skills.
-Experienced in working on multi-stakeholder international conferences, training courses, and hybrid events will be advantageous.
-Experience in innovation and life sciences events is highly desirable.
This role is part-time (up to 0.8 FTE) with flexible working hours. The team works at least two days a week from the office at 17 Mill lane, Cambridge.
