Programmes Administrator

Full-time and open-ended, starting as soon as possible.

We are looking for an experienced Programmes Administrator who is an enthusiastic team player with good attention to detail, has excellent communication and organisation skills and is confident in using a number of IT packages, including Microsoft Office. As part of a dynamic and friendly team supporting students in academic departments within the School of Social Sciences and Humanities, duties will be varied, including coursework and exam administration, email communications, involvement in events such as induction, graduation and visit days, and being the first port of call for programme queries. Our Programmes Administrators play a key role in providing the very best admin support in a busy student-facing office environment.

This is a great opportunity to be part of the Loughborough Family and to make a positive contribution to providing an outstanding service to our students and staff.

Please see the full job description and person specification. Applicants need to evidence how they meet the criteria outlined in the person specification and not just attached a CV.

Closing date for receipt of applications is 15 May 2024.

Interviews will be held on/after 13 June 2024.

Further details can be found in the Job Description and People Specification.

We welcome applications from a wide range of backgrounds that are reflective of the full diversity of Loughborough's community and Leicestershire, and in particular we welcome applications from underrepresented groups as we seek to continually increase diversity within our structures.
