This opportunity could include a job, apprenticeship, further or higher education, training, volunteering or an enterprise opportunity.

Working as a part of the management team, you will be expected to lead, review, and develop employer sector-based activity frameworks to make it easier for employers to connect with education. You will utilise available data and resources and work closely with your colleagues and the wider team to contribute to these frameworks to ensure the activities are relevant and fresh. The region's growth sectors feature heavily within our frameworks as we aim to deliver employer-based activities in the region's 28 secondary schools, aligning to the Regional Economic Strategy. You will be the key lead on internal projects and will need to be a great communicator and have excellent planning and organisation skills, along with being creative and finding solutions with the ability to think outside the box.
