  • Commencement Salary: $70,476 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)
  • About the Role

    Reporting to the Team Leader: Program Services (Research), you will be responsible for providing administrative support to researchers, research students, Research Education Portfolio Leaders and the wider academic unit. As part of the Unit's framework for research support services, the position will support processes relating to research grant and project development, management and outputs, and provide administrative support to research degree students relevant to their program.

    The position is based in Mawson Lakes Campus; however it also supports staff and students located at the City East and City West campus.

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • Post secondary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated previous experience working in an administrative role in a team based service environment
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills including preparation of written materials and experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to deliver quality customer service
  • Demonstrated experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities under broad direction
