Program Officer (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Asia Global Institute (Ref. 524198) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should have a good Bachelor's degree with at least six years' post- qualification work experience in marketing, communications, event management and/or program administration; and an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua). They should be flexible, self-motivated with strong initiatives, able to work independently and also as a team in a fast-paced environment. Working outside normal office hours may be required.
The appointee will be primarily reporting to the AsiaGlobal Fellows Program Director in the planning and execution of the AsiaGlobal Fellows Program, administrated by the Asia Global Institute. He/She will also be supporting the Director of Operations on other Institute-wide initiatives and programs as needed.
