About the Role The CRM Program Architect is responsible for leading and driving Swinburne University's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy and architecture program. The Program Architect will define the broader CRM strategy, establish the target state CRM architecture, develop transition architectures, select a B2C CRM product, and provide architectural leadership in delivering the CRM strategy. The role requires a deep understanding of the university's strategic goals, business capabilities, and processes to ensure alignment with Swinburne University's broader business objectives.

About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: • Stakeholder Relationships: Lead, develop, and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders in finance and other business divisions, gaining their trust and respect. • Solution Identification: Drive and facilitate discussions with business leaders to identify solutions for current and future business objectives. • Alignment and Collaboration: Work closely with the business, program team, vendors, developers, and other stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives. • Architecture Development: Develop program architecture blueprints, target state architectures, and related materials, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and investments. • Guidance and Standards: Provide guidance and support to program teams, ensuring adherence to architecture principles and standards throughout the program lifecycle. • Integration and Evaluation: Implement robust integration architecture for seamless data flow and system interoperability, and evaluate technologies and products, presenting findings to the architecture review board.

Qualifications A graduate degree level qualification in a relevant discipline with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
