Flexible Hybrid working – This is a hybrid role that offers flexible working between home and our Streatham Campus.

What you'll be doing…

As Our CRM Product Owner you'll be accountable for the enhancement of Business Technology applications, and products, including defining a compelling vision and leveraging the functionality to deliver benefits and help the business achieve its goal for the CRM products within your remit. You will balance requirements with the technical strategy and delivery capacity. You will be happy to take the lead in ensuring the CRM development and configuration is prioritised on the roadmap and you will excel at providing evidence-based value to customers and end users.

You will work collaboratively to inform, guide thinking, and develop clear plans on Agile projects to ensure requirements for improvement are translated into appropriate plans with time and costs and prioritise development activities.

We're really looking for…

  • Proven experience as a CRM Product Owner or CRM Product Developer.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen understanding of customer needs.
  • Experience documenting and prioritising requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Agile mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
