We are looking for a dependable and motivated student to join our team!
Duties:Assist the ProCard Administrator. Data entry and compliance reviews of University ProCards. Create spreadsheets and documents using Word and Excel. Research and answer inquiries using the Banner Financial System. Perform typing, filing, scanning, faxing and copying. Provide general information to the public (i.e. answer questions, direct calls, etc.). Provide backup reception duties as needed. Support Procurement staff with various projects as needed. Other duties as assigned as skills and knowledge of the Procurement office is developed.Essential

Applicant should be enrolled as a UA student in a minimum of 6 credits with a minimum GPA of 2.0, or a newly enrolled student.
Salary Information:
This is a part-time, temporary student assistant position up to 20 hours per week while school is in session. Additional hours may be available during winter/summer breaks. Starting pay rate is $11.34 per hour, DOE.
