The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the UNT System College of Pharmacy is located at the University of North Texas Health Science Center (UNTHSC) in Fort Worth, ranked among the top 50 medical schools for seven consecutive years, the UNTHSC is a 33-acre graduate school located in the city's Cultural District with a local economic impact of $500 million annually. The UNT System College of Pharmacy is the first pharmacy school in Texas located on an academic health science center campus.
Position Overview
A postdoctoral training position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Suh, in the Department of Pharmaceutical Science at UNTHSC to study in vivo metabolic imaging by integrating physiology and chemistry. We are looking for a creative, independent, and highly motivated individual to join our team.

Minimum Qualifications
Appropriate doctoral degree. If the degree had not been conferred at the time applicant applied for a postdoc position, a letter needs to be attached from the school's official Graduate Office and/or Registrar's Office certifying that all requirements for the degree have been met and stating the degree conferral date.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates are required to have a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field. A strong background in metabolic imaging/chemistry (e.g. magnetic resolution imaging or magnetic resolution spectroscopy) is beneficial. Experiences in synthetic chemistry and metabolic study are preferred
