Description

This postdoc position is designed for a specialist in the fabrication and development of large-scale perovskite solar cells and modules.

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with an already consolidated and demonstrated experience in high-efficiency perovskite solar cell fabrication and characterization.

The experience of module integration and characterization will be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Development and optimization of perovskite-based solar cells at different levels.
  • Developing large-area perovskite solar cells utilizing KPV-LAB's baseline processes.
  • Performing accurate device characterization.
  • Fabrication and large scale module characterizations.
  • Manage project tasks towards successful completion.
  • Dissemination of the research outputs in project meetings, peer-reviewed journals, and international conferences.
  • Writing regular reports for the project outputs.

    Qualifications
  • The candidate should have a Ph.D. degree in physics, chemistry, engineering, materials science, or closely related fields.
  • The knowledge of the physics and chemistry of wide-bandgap perovskite would be an advantage.
  • As a device fabrication position, the nature of the work requires a high level of experimental skills and involves the operation of sophisticated deposition equipment.
  • The ability to design and execute experiments, utilize advanced characterization techniques, and interpret measured data, are also required.
  • The candidate will be part of a strongly interconnected and highly cooperative team, and should, therefore, be capable of working in a team environment.
  • The candidate should also have a strong sense of personal responsibility, high motivation for innovation, excellence, and flexibility to work, and deliver results.
  • Applicants should have a strong publication record, and good spoken and written communication skills.
