Macquarie Business School (MQBS) is seeking an experienced and driven Education Services Delivery Manager to lead Executive Education professional services.
• Salary Package: From $133,989 to $141,514 (HEW 9) p.a., plus 17% superannuation and annual leave loading • Appointment Type: Full-time, 1-year fixed term contract with flexible work arrangements • Location: Macquarie University (North Ryde) and City Campus
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Education Services, the position will develop and implement strategy and manage the teams supporting postgraduate “post- experience” courses, such as the MBA, and non-award courses.
Key Accountabilities
About You You will be a driven, strategic leader with a proven track record for delivering service excellence. A natural multitasker, used to fast-paced and complex environments, your success in higher education or similar fields leading industry engagement and customer experience / life cycle initiatives will demonstrate your relationship management and project management acumen.
The successful applicant will work closely with academic leads, other professional service leads and key industry to deliver high quality student experiences.
