Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Teaching and Learning Innovation Centre (several posts) (Ref.: 525836) (to commence as soon as possible on a temporary basis for two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability).

Applicants are required to hold a Ph.D. degree, preferably in the field of Education or a related discipline. Additionally, they should have practical experience in one or more of the following areas, including assessment and feedback, curriculum design, e-learning, survey design, data analysis, and advanced statistical skills (e.g., machine learning, multilevel modelling, structural equation modelling, latent profile analysis, etc). They are expected to have a minimum of three publications in internationally recognized journals.

Applicants should be self-motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team. They should also have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, good troubleshooting skills, and effective collaboration skills. They are expected to work independently, both as a leader and as part of a team. Applicants with a strong interest in higher education, big data, educational psychology, and quantitative methods are most welcome to apply.
