About The Role

We are seeking to recruit a full-time Plant Engineer to join our Estate Operations team. This position will require the successful candidate to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks within main academic buildings, accommodation blocks and the external estate.

Working within the Estates Operations as a Plant Engineer, the postholder will be committed to presenting themselves professionally to all colleagues and customers, while representing Falmouth Exeter Plus. You will ensure that plant and equipment performs to the required standard to facilitate campus operations regarding safety, quality, delivery and cost within a maintenance environment.

About You

The successful candidate will be educated to Apprenticeship or NVQ in electrical or mechanical related subject (or have the equivalent relevant experience). You will have experience of complying with statutory, organisational safety regulations and knowledge of health and safety regulations. They will be able to prioritise a substantial workload, working to a deadline in a pressurised environment and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
