Your new role

As the Planning Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, design and execution of the learning and teaching operations and projects across the Schools and the Faculty. This is a great opportunity for a passionate individual with fantastic communication skills and strong attention to detail to work alongside a close-knit team!

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate Curriculum Processes: Lead and facilitate the coordination of curriculum processes and associated activities, ensuring alignment with learning and teaching priorities.
  • Expert Advice: Offer expert advice to staff on program and course- related policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with institutional standards.
  • Manage Curriculum Enterprise Systems: Oversee the ongoing development, review, and implementation of curriculum enterprise management systems, ensuring data integrity practices are upheld.
  • Accreditation Coordination: Develop and maintain knowledge of external accreditation criteria, standards, and requirements. Coordinate external accreditation processes, manage accreditation data and documentation requirements, and prepare accreditation submissions.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate activities related to assigned projects and initiatives, utilising appropriate methodology, systems, and influencing skills to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Liaison: Liaise and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the priorities and perspectives of the Schools and Faculty inform decision-making processes related to learning and teaching.
