About the position
The Planning and Performance Advisor is responsible for providing support for academic staff related planning processes within the Office of the Provost and to the Schools. This includes working with Schools and divisions across La Trobe to support the administration of the University's Casual Allocation Application (CAS App), Academic Workload Planning (AWP) Application and the Academic Probation Application (AP).
The position will be responsible for supporting and communicating processes and timelines for the CAS App, AWP App and the AP App, including generating information and reports; triaging and addressing issues and providing training and support.
The position will also contribute to the policy implementation and governance requirements for academic staff probations, promotions, outside studies program, and other academic staff related initiatives within the Office of the Provost.
