The Strategic Improvement team is a relatively new team at the University of Bedfordshire that is responsible for providing high quality analysis and reporting to support the achievement of the university's overall strategic and operational objectives as it delivers its Transforming Bedfordshire strategy.
The Planning Analyst Business Partner is a new role within Strategic Improvement, combining data analysis and reporting with a customer-facing role that identifies internal customer needs for information and analysis, shares findings and interprets results, and provides ongoing support and guidance. The role will make a significant contribution to the university by supporting data-informed decision making and helping to improve data literacy.
We are looking to recruit two Planning Analyst Business Partners.
The successful candidates will have strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication skills to share findings with a range of audiences across the university. They will also be good problem solvers with a collaborative working style and a desire for continuous improvement.

The post will be based at Luton (with travel to other campuses as required). There is an opportunity for hybrid working (based on three days a week on campus).
