The Ott Planetarium is seeking a presenter for planetarium shows to grade school children, and boy and girl scouts. This is primarily a public speaking position. Must be available afternoons, evenings and weekends.
This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.
Required Qualifications
Astronomy 1040 or equivalent is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written; Familiar with the Boy Scout Astronomy Merit Badge; Prior public speaking experience a plus
