About the Role We are seeking a Placement Coordinator to join our dynamic Health, Science and Community department within Vocational Education and Training (VET) to support our Early Childhood and Education teaching areas.
The Placement Coordinator - Early Childhood and Education is responsible for providing expert administrative support to the Early Childhood and Education teaching areas in relation to all aspects of student placements. This includes placing students in facilities, responding to placement related queries, liaising with the relevant departmental and placement administrative staff and external facilitators regarding documentation and the recording and filing of student placement details. A key part of this role involves fostering strong working relationships with placement facilities and industry partners.
We are looking for an individual who is well-organised, collaborative, and has excellent time management and communication skills.
